Chef Lea Forant understands that excellent ingredients are the foundation for the very best prepared foods. With that in mind, her meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetarian entrees are comprised of the best product she can find, prepared with respect, and brought to full flavor. Should she offer a flavorful sauce, gravy, remoulade or other condiment, it is always presented on-the-side to better suit the tastes of each customer.
 
Desserts
You just have to visit the cafe to discover what our regular customers already know: Chef Lea's Apple Tart Tatin, Dark Cocoa Brownies and Sweet Italian Rice Cakes are heaven on earth. Or how 'bout those House Baked Cookies, the Glazed Apple Turnovers, the Blondies? You get the picture. Baked fresh daily, and when they're gone, they're gone.
